Warm a drop between fingertips. Roll onto pulse points — wrists, neck, behind the ears. Start with one pass; oils are concentrated.
02 — Wear
Alone, or layered

Press, don’t rub
Warm a drop between fingertips, then press once to the neck. Do not rub hard. What remains should feel close, calm, quietly yours.
