- Free shipping on every order of Rs. 999 or more.
- Dispatch within 24–48 hours on most orders (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Prepaid (UPI / cards / netbanking) and Cash on Delivery (COD) are available. Partial COD may be offered at checkout when enabled — a small prepaid amount confirms the order; the balance is collected on delivery.
- Orders of Rs. 1,999 or more include a complimentary surprise sample from our collection.

Order changes & cancellations. You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it has not yet been packed or dispatched. After 24 hours — or once packing has begun — cancellations may not be possible. Any prepaid / partial-COD amount paid to confirm the order is then non-refundable (or may be offered as store credit at our discretion). Pure COD orders that are refused or repeatedly unreachable may be restricted on future purchases.
