9. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders.

To reduce failed deliveries, some COD orders may require a small prepaid confirmation amount (Partial COD).

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not been packed. Confirmation amounts are non-refundable once processing begins.

10. Can I return my perfume oil?

For hygiene reasons, opened perfume oil bottles cannot be returned.

Unopened and sealed products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Once inspected, we will refund 100% of the product value.
