We aim to dispatch your order as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time:
- Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Charges:
- We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
- A nominal shipping fee may apply to orders below the minimum threshold or for COD orders.
Delivery Partners:
We ship via trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
Return Policy
We accept returns only in cases where:
- The item received is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.
- You notify us within 10 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
Note: Products once opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless there is a quality issue.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at support@takepure.com within 10 days of delivery.
- Mention your order number, reason for return, and share relevant photos/videos as proof.
- Wait for approval before shipping the product back to us.
Returns without approval or beyond the 10-day window may not be accepted.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- If the error is on our end (wrong/damaged product), we’ll cover return shipping.
- For other return reasons (if accepted), return shipping will be borne by the customer.
