Yes! We only sell authentic, sealed, and original products. Everything is sourced directly from authorized distributors or brand partners.
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details via SMS/email once dispatched.
Yes, we do! COD is available on eligible orders. A nominal COD fee may be added at checkout.
We offer a 10-day return window. Returns are only accepted for damaged, incorrect, or expired products. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Note: Opened personal care products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Email us at support@takepure.com with your order ID, product image, and issue details. Once verified, we’ll process your return or replacement swiftly.
Shipping is free on prepaid orders over ₹499. A small fee may apply for COD orders or orders below ₹499. Shipping charges are visible at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email to follow your package in real time.
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations aren't allowed. To cancel, email us immediately with your order ID.
