Photo/video evidence may be required for validation of the claim.

Please note: Refunds are not provided for reasons such as personal dislike, change of mind, or incorrect order unless there’s a verified product issue.

Non-Refundable Items

Products purchased on clearance or final sale
Items returned after 10 days from delivery

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Do not ship back any product until our team confirms your refund eligibility.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
It may take up to 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.

In case of rejection, our team will provide a valid reason via email.
